Hypoallerginec food
I was so surprised on what had happened to my body. And I was much more surprised knowing that I have been too allergic to different kinds of food. Before I was only allergic to shells, but now, I have been allergic to chicken, eggs, crabs, and shrimps, and there have been a few kinds of fish that I am allergic to. And I also have been allergic to different kinds of leafy vegetables, some fruit vegetables, such as pineapples, mangoes, etc, and I have even been allergic to milk, wheat bread, too. Huh! Sounds that I couldn’t eat almost everything, and the good thing that I have not been allergic to rice, LOL! If I am allergic to rice, I think that’s the time, I will be able to reach my goal to become sexy and slim.
Anyway, I have the feeling and faith that I would not be forever allergic to the food that I mentioned above. Oh, you might wonder, how I would know that I have been allergic to those food above. Well, while I was still in the hospital, the cook served me those foods, and every time I ate them, my throat became itching and it turned on the asthma. So, the dietician came to my room and explained everything to me, what food not to eat anymore and what food that suitable for me. In fact, she prescribed a strict diet on m that I would only eat the hypoallergenic food, to avoid risk and to keep me healthy. For my own good benefits, I would really love to abide and follow what the dietician told me to do so.
Well, being at the hospital is not the easy at all. So, I should look after myself now. Unlike before that I would never look after myself that much, besides I promised my sweetheart that I would follow everything that I should be followed. I should eat the hypoallergenic food for my health sake.
