The Parties

Posted by Litlit on December 29, 2011 in Uncategorized |

Last week of last month, I confirmed that I would be attending the Christmas parties. There were supposed 3 parties that I would be attending, unfortunately, I was able to attend one party only, and it was our Church Christmas party. And after a few days after our church activity, it was the program of my Niece’s school’s supposed to join the dance group contest, unfortunately, I wasn’t able to join the dance contest/program as a whole because a night before the program began I rushed to the doctor due to my health. And because of that, I wasn’t able to able to join the teachers’ Christmas party too.

Although, I wasn’t able to join the two parties (parents & children and the teachers’ party), but I still felt that I was still included on those parties because some of the parents texted me and teachers too, and told me that they had great fun during the dance contest, and they missed me. Besides, after the program, the school owner sent lots of delicious food at the hospital for us to feast. Their thoughts were so precious to me, in times of the illness, I truly felt, that I was truly part of the family/community.

Anyway, I was not regretted that I wasn’t able to join the parties because I knew for sure that everything worked together for good so that I was able to rest well while staying in the hospital. I love you all guys and thanks for all your thoughtfulness. God bless you all!

I took this photo from Golden Harvest Christian Academy-Facebook Account

I supposed to be here, but I wasn’t able to make it, but I truly enjoyed looking at the mothers who joyfully dance during the children, and parents contest last December 20.
