Last Saturday there was a frequent brown out in our place. Unfortunately, I plugged my laptop, and I also never had any idea it destroyed or killed the important things.

Actually, I was doing some online stuff last Saturday, and I was watching a movie on you tube after chatting with my sweetheart. And while watching the movie the electricity cut off for a couple of times. But, every time I turned on my laptop, it still worked so I continued watching the movie. Then another brown out occurred, then I didn’t turn on my computer right away because I was cleaning the house and cooked  for my meal. After doing the house chores I turned on my computer, unfortunately, I didn’t come back to its life. I tried to turn it on a couple of times, but no avail, so I gave up, and I told my pastor son who just arrived from his work place about to what  happen to my computer.  Since, he doesn’t stay for another night so he told me that he couldn’t fix my computer yet. Of course I understand his availability.

Then, I immediately thought of my church mate’s husband who is a technician and he repairs computers, etc. To make the long story short, around 4 pm I went to their house and brought my lappy with me. Then he checked it, and he immediately told me that the hard disk of my lappy has been damaged. And he asked me, if I plugged it while the electricity has been cut off, and I said yes- he confirmed that it was because of the brown out, it caused my computer died.

Well, if I know that the brown out would kills the important things, I would never plug them. Anyway, I’ve learned some lessons of what had happened to my computer.

While waiting for the time for me to get repair my lappy, I will only come to the internet cafe and check emails, and chat with my sweet thing, etc.
